At the Piha Bowler TUESDAY 21 FEB from 7 pm - 8.30 pm, Dr Barbara Staniforth and Dr Ondria Cowan are trained mental health professionals who are providing a community forum to help discuss and assess well-being needs.

Acupuncture

Is being offered by Rachel at the Surf Club from 1-3 pm Friday to Monday. Acupuncture has been used globally in natural disasters. Good for pain, PTSD, and shock trauma.
